Chant this mantra; There is no better way to reduce tension in 2022

Fear is the emotional response of the human mind to danger. Many people experience irrational fears and stress when faced with life-threatening situations. The only way we can do that is to increase our faith in God. The human mind is captivated by the tides of thoughts. Through perfect and selfless devotion the mind becomes pure and serene. Fear has no place in such a mind.

But it is best to chant the Durga Mantra to survive any tragedy and boost morale. Durga is the perfect embodiment of Goddess Parvati, the consort of Lord Shiva. The Hindu concept is that all the deities reside in the fort, a symbol of power and antidote to grief. The Goddess has three manifestations namely Mahakali, Mahalakshmi and Mahasaraswati, the symbol of will power, action power and wisdom power. There is no doubt that the Goddess will take care of her devotees in motherhood. Devi Bhajan gives one the courage to face any situation.

It is believed that chanting the Durga Mantra eleven times daily will remove tension and fear, increase morale and calm the mind.
